During this time of uncertainty, I have found that a structured to do list really helps me with productivity, time management, and gives me some sense of normalcy. I use a bullet journal to map out my week but then use the virtual to do list below every day. I import the pdf to procreate (you can download the pdf here) and write out my day on my iPad. It is broken down into the to dos, hourly blocking and the three sections on the bottom.
The bottom section is totally customizable. For me, I find it helpful to tracking my meals just for a little check in, I also track my water. I then have my morning section, I have found that doing the same things in my morning has really helped with working from home and staying sane. Even the little things like making my bed or reading a few newsletters in my inbox help so much.
